beginner series (july 20-aug 24): A beginner series is the best way to begin a yoga practice and is great for those who could use a refresher course. Pre-register to ensure your spot and learn the basics of yoga, breathwork and mindfulness in this 6 week program.

Creative Flow : These classes embrace a full range of levels, with modifications and opportunities to intensify or simplify.

5 class card (good for 2 months): $60
